Disc Golf All Stars terms of use

Last updated 2 October 2026.

Disc Golf All Stars (“the game”) is a virtual reality game for Meta Quest made by Deep Challenger VR LLC (“we”). These terms apply when you install or play it. If you do not agree to them, please do not play. Buying and downloading through the Meta Horizon Store are also covered by Meta’s own terms. Questions: support@deepchallengervr.com.

Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on Meta Quest headsets you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game is licensed, not sold: we and our licensors keep all rights in it. You may not copy, sell, rent or sublicense the game, modify it, or reverse engineer it, except as far as the law allows despite this limit. You may capture and share screenshots and videos of your play with the headset’s sharing features.

The game’s content stays in the game

The game’s 3D models, textures, materials, sounds and other content, including content we license from others, are licensed to you only for playing within the game. Your headset downloads these files so it can play them; that gives you no other right to them. You may not extract, rip or download them for reuse, redistribute them, sell them, use them in other games, apps, films or products, or use them to train artificial-intelligence models, or use them in any other way outside the game.

Free trial and the one-time purchase

The game is a free download, and the first two holes of Sedona are free to play. Sedona, Acadia & multiplayer (all 18 holes of Sedona and Acadia, and playing with friends) is a one-time purchase through the Meta Horizon Store: US $19.99, with regional prices set by the Store; the price shown at checkout applies. Meta handles payment and refunds under its own terms and policies. Your purchase belongs to your Meta account; the game finds it again on any headset signed in to that account, without charging again. The game checks with Meta that you own it each time it starts, so it needs an internet connection at launch to play what it unlocks.

Playing with friends

When you host or join a group, other players see your movements, throws and scores (see the privacy policy). Follow Meta’s Code of Conduct for Virtual Experiences. In particular, do not harass, threaten or bully other players, do not interfere with other players’ games or with the service that connects players (for example by flooding it with requests or guessing room codes), and do not use modified versions of the game or other tools to cheat. Share your room code only with people you want to play with.

Play safely

Disc golf in VR means swinging your arms to throw. Before you play, clear your play space of people, pets and objects, use the controller wrist straps, and follow Meta’s health and safety warnings for your headset. Take a break if you feel unwell.

Changes to the game

We may update the game, and change, add or remove features, including playing with friends, which depends on online services. We may also stop offering the game or its online services.

Third-party content and software

The game contains content and software licensed from third parties. Their licensors provide it “as is”, without warranty of any kind, and are not responsible to you for it. Open-source software in the game is also covered by its own licence, whose notice is included with the game’s code.

No warranty

As far as the law allows, we provide the game “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the game or its online services will always be available or free of errors.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from the game, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the game in the twelve months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits; nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Ending these terms

You may stop at any time by deleting the game. If you break these terms, your licence ends and we may block your access to playing with others. The sections on content, third-party content, warranties and liability continue after that.

Changes to these terms

We will post changes to these terms on this page and update the date above. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
